Accounting is rarely part of that vision. Our mission, at Redrock Accounting Management, LLC, is to provide the accounting expertise that a visionary leader needs to be successful. We will provide the accounting systems, procedures, training and reporting that the business owner needs to obtain their vision.
What We've Achieved
Provided Quickbooks selection and implementation services for a poultry processor and saved them thousands of dollars in software costs by implementing Advanced Inventory lot number tracking.
Assisted an 8(a) certified WOSB in transforming their existing Quickbooks Premier data file into one that passed a DCAA PreAward audit and now supports multiple invoicing and reporting requirements for multiple government contracts.
Enabled Projects in Quickbooks Online which then allowed an architectural firm to get accurate reporting on job costing that in turn increased cash flows.
Made possible the accounts receivable reports that a bank was requesting in order to obtain a line of credit for business expansion by recording AR in Quickbooks instead of in a spreadsheet.
Implemented Quickbooks Enhanced payroll and T-Sheets for a Quickbooks Enterprise user. Installed the T-sheets Kiosk on multiple tablets throughout the plant to allow over 100 employees to clock in and out between shifts securely and efficiently.
Completed set up of a Quickbooks Premier data file for a new aviation start up company that was awarded a SBIR contract from the government. The accounting system was approved by DCAA even though the company had no job costing history.
Enabled bank feeds in Quickbooks Online for a welding company saving them hours of data entry and reconciliation every month.
Reduced the overall taxes paid by an S-Corp owner by increasing owner salary, reimbursing health insurance costs and creating a SEP.
